Japanese Cape police have confirmed {that a} suspect has been arrested in reference to the capturing incident at Walter Sisulu College(WSU) campus in Mthatha on Tuesday, 15 April.
A WSU employees member allegedly murdered a third-year pupil whereas three others have been injured throughout the incident, which has sparked outrage and issues concerning the security of scholars on campuses and in residences.
SUSPECT ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH WSU SHOOTING
Initially, WSU denied that the 24-year-old deceased was affiliated with the establishment, whether or not as a pupil or employees member, regardless of his household and mates confirming that he was a pupil.

SAPS spokesperson within the Japanese Cape Brigadier Nobuntu Gantana stated the 54-year-old suspect was arrested on Thursday, 17 April, in Mthatha.
